Choose Your Brush Interface

In carding, brushes are not cosmetic parts. They maintain surface hygiene at specific interfaces — where micro-dust builds, fibre loads, and transfer becomes unstable. Select the interface you are dealing with.

Flat Brushes
Keeps flat tops clean from micro-dust and fine trash. Clean flat tops preserve carding efficiency and protect both flat clothing and cylinder wire life.
Doffer Brush
Cleans fibre loading on transfer / cross rolls and supports uniform condensation. Helps form a steady sliver and reduces sliver breaks.
Comber Brushes
For selected comber applications where fibre control and cleanliness at the comber interface needs reliable brush execution.
Retrofits for machines without flat-top brushing
Some card models do not include a brush to clean flat tops. We supply retrofit solutions to introduce controlled cleaning where the machine doesn’t provide it.

Flat Brushes

Flat brushes maintain flat-top surface hygiene by removing micro-dust and fine trash. Micro-dust-laden cotton weakens flat needles and reduces carding efficiency over time. Poor flat-top cleaning also increases load on cylinder wire and shortens its life.

Doffer Brush

Doffer brushing supports clean transfer and consistent fibre release. It helps form a uniform sliver and reduces sliver breaks by preventing uneven fibre loading on transfer / cross roll surfaces.

Comber Brushes

We supply selected comber brushes where execution consistency is critical to interface performance. Share your machine make/model and the observed behaviour for the correct recommendation.

Technical RFQ (Recommended)
For best accuracy, share your machine make/model and what changed in running or output. We review enquiries interface-first to avoid wrong selection.
If you’re unsure what to share, use our RFQ Readiness guide before submitting.
