High-precision pin rollers and professional re-pinning services
Pinned Parts such as Rollers and Lattices are behaviour-critical interface tools. Their performance depends on machine section (carding / blowroom), interface role, and OEM intent. For this reason, Vaamana does not publish model-wise selection or public specification tables.
For Pinned licker-in rollers and Lattices Vaamana supplies strictly model-wise and follows OEM-defined pin geometry, PPSI, and pin angle. Specifications are never generalised across machines.
To proceed correctly, submit a Technical RFQ with your machine make/model and the interface role (opening / beating / transfer / conveying). Suitability is confirmed internally to prevent wrong self-selection.

Our work is not to “improve” OEM design. It is to execute the specified pin geometry, density and angle with correct running accuracy and balance — so the card runs as intended.
We can manufacture from customer drawings when requested. However, for pin rollers, OEM intent governs fibre behaviour and machine stability. When a drawing deviates from OEM specification, we supply it strictly as a customer-defined execution, without assuming responsibility for changes in machine behaviour or product quality.
