Pinned parts such as rollers and lattices are interface tools — they define fibre opening and trajectory at speed. We supply them with one principle: we follow the machine maker’s intent exactly. Our role is execution accuracy, not design variation.
Share machine make/model, interface position (licker-in / opening / transfer / conveying), and what changed first. If you are requesting manufacture from a drawing, we can execute it — but when it deviates from OEM specification, it is supplied strictly as customer-defined execution.
Our standard pin roller features premium quality hardened steel pins arranged in precise patterns. Each roller undergoes rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. Suitable for various carding applications with excellent durability and performance.
